All products sold by Tru Lab Research are supplied strictly as chemical reference materials for laboratory and in-vitro research use only.

Nothing we sell is intended for human or animal consumption, ingestion, injection, inhalation, topical application, or any other form of use in or on the body.

Products are not sold for use in food, cosmetics, agriculture, or any commercial product intended for people or animals.

Our products are not drugs, dietary supplements, cosmetics, or medical devices. They have not been evaluated or approved by Health Canada, the U.S. Food and Drug Administration, or any other regulatory body.

We make no claim, express or implied, that any product diagnoses, treats, cures, mitigates, or prevents any disease or condition.

Nothing on this website, in our emails, or in any message from our team constitutes medical, veterinary, pharmaceutical, or professional advice.

Always consult a qualified licensed professional for any question relating to health. Never rely on information from this site in place of professional care.

You must be at least 18 years of age to order in Canada, and at least 21 years of age to order in the United States.

By ordering you confirm you are a qualified purchaser, that you are legally permitted to receive these materials where you live, and that you will handle, store, label, and dispose of them safely and lawfully.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.

Laws covering research chemicals differ by country, province, state, and municipality. You are solely responsible for knowing and complying with every law and regulation that applies to you.

You agree not to resell, redistribute, relabel, or supply any product for human or animal use, and not to represent our products as approved for such use.

Any misuse of a product is entirely your responsibility, and you release Tru Lab Research from any liability arising from it.

Products are supplied as lyophilized (freeze-dried) research powders. Descriptions, purity references, and specifications are provided in good faith and to the best of our knowledge.

Once a product leaves our facility we cannot control storage conditions or handling. Store cool, dry, and away from light, and follow accepted laboratory practice.

You are responsible for verifying suitability for your own research application before use.

Canadian orders ship domestically from Calgary, Alberta by Canada Post. United States orders ship domestically from Phoenix, Arizona by USPS. We do not ship across the border, so there are no duties or customs fees.

Shipping is a flat $20 per order, or free if you arrange local pickup in Calgary or Phoenix.

Delivery is typically 2–5 business days after payment clears. Carrier delays, weather, and holidays are outside our control and are not grounds for a refund of shipping.

Canadian orders are paid by Interac e-Transfer to info@trulabresearch.com. United States orders are paid by Zelle.

Orders are prepared once payment is received and confirmed. Unpaid orders may be released back into stock.

Some items may be offered for pre-order while stock is on the way. If a pre-ordered vial does not reach you within 14 days, you receive a free vial or a full refund — your choice.

Pre-order timing estimates are given in good faith and are not a guarantee of a specific delivery date.

Because these are sensitive research materials, all sales are final once an order has shipped. We cannot accept returns of opened or unsealed vials.

If an order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and we will make it right with a replacement or credit.

Orders may be cancelled before shipping for a full refund of anything already paid. Shipping fees on shipped orders are non-refundable.

Risk of loss and title pass to you when your order is handed to the carrier.

All products and all content on this website are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

To the fullest extent permitted by law we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Any certificate of analysis, purity figure, or analytical data we share is provided for informational purposes only and reflects testing of a specific lot at a specific time.

We do not guarantee the ongoing accuracy of third-party test data, and it must not be read as approval by any government or regulatory body.

Information on this website, including product descriptions and reference material, is provided for general informational purposes only and may be incomplete or out of date.

Any reliance you place on this information is entirely at your own risk.

Any review, comment, or testimonial reflects the individual opinion of the person who wrote it and is not a claim by Tru Lab Research about any product’s safety, effect, or performance.

Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the product in question.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Tru Lab Research, its owners, staff, and affiliates from any claim, loss, liability, or cost arising from your misuse of a product, your breach of these terms, improper handling or storage, unauthorized distribution, or any violation of law by you.

All text, images, branding, and other content on this website belong to Tru Lab Research and may not be copied or reused without our written permission.

We collect only what we need to process and ship your order, and we never sell your personal information. Full details are in our Privacy Policy.

We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including carrier disruption, weather, strikes, supply shortages, or changes in law.

Affiliates earn commission on qualifying orders placed with their code, and their clients receive a discount. Rates and terms are confirmed individually when an affiliate joins. Balances can be applied toward product at any time, or requested as a cash payout on the 1st of the month.

Affiliates must not make medical, therapeutic, or human-use claims about any product. Doing so may result in immediate removal from the program and forfeiture of unpaid commissions.

Commission rates and program terms may change with notice.

Canadian orders are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta and the laws of Canada that apply there. United States orders are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona.

You agree to raise any concern with us directly first. Any dispute that cannot be resolved will be handled individually — not as a class or representative action — in the courts of the applicable jurisdiction above.
