Terms of Sale

You must be at least 18 years of age in Canada, or at least 21 years of age in the United States, and legally able to receive laboratory research materials where you live.

All products are supplied for laboratory research use only. They are not for human or animal consumption and are not drugs, supplements, or medical devices.

We may refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including where an order looks intended for human use or resale.

Submitting an order on this site is a request to purchase. Your order is confirmed once we accept it and your payment clears.

Prices are shown in Canadian dollars for Canadian orders and United States dollars for United States orders. Prices and availability can change without notice.

Stock is limited and updated as orders come in. If an item sells out after you order, we will contact you to substitute, hold, or refund that item.

Include your order number with your transfer so we can match it. Orders are packed and shipped once payment is received.

Unpaid orders may be released back into stock after 72 hours.

Shipping is a flat $20 per order. Canadian orders ship from Calgary, Alberta by Canada Post. United States orders ship from Phoenix, Arizona by USPS.

We ship domestically only, so no order crosses the border and there are no duties or customs fees.

Local pickup in Calgary or Phoenix is free. Choose pickup at checkout and we will arrange a time with you.

Delivery is typically 2–5 business days once payment clears. Carrier delays, weather, and holidays are outside our control.

Risk of loss passes to you when the carrier accepts the package. If a package is lost or damaged in transit, contact us and we will help open a claim with the carrier.

You can cancel any time before your order ships — just email us and we will refund any payment already received in full.

Once a package is with the carrier it cannot be cancelled.

Because these are sensitive research materials, we cannot accept returns of opened or used product for safety and integrity reasons.

If an item arrives damaged, incorrect, or missing, email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We will replace it or refund it, our choice, at no cost to you.

We do not offer refunds because a product did not produce a particular result in your research.

Affiliate codes give the customer 10% off their order and the affiliate 20% commission on the order subtotal.

One code per order. Codes cannot be combined with other offers, and cannot be applied after an order is placed.

Affiliate balances can be applied toward product or requested as a payout on the 1st of the month.

Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

We are not liable for any loss, damage, injury, or claim arising from misuse of a product, or from any use outside controlled laboratory research.

We may update these terms at any time. The version shown on this page when you place your order is the version that applies to that order.
