When you place an order we collect the details you give us: your name, email address, phone number if you provide one, and the shipping or pickup details needed to get your order to you.

We keep a record of your orders, the items in them, the amounts, and the payment method you chose so we can fulfil, confirm, and support your order.

If you join our affiliate program we also store your referral code, referred order totals, commission balance, and payout requests.

We store the region you select (Canada or USA) in your browser so you are not asked every visit.

We do not take card payments on this site, so we never see or store card numbers. Canadian orders are paid by e-Transfer and United States orders by Zelle, both handled entirely by your own bank.

We do not ask for health information, and you should not send us any.

To process, pack, and ship your order, and to send order confirmations and shipping updates.

To answer your questions and provide support.

To calculate affiliate commissions and process payout requests.

To keep basic business records, including sales and inventory reporting.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your information. Ever.

We share only what is necessary with the services that let us operate: our shipping carriers (Canada Post in Canada, USPS in the United States), our email delivery provider, and our hosting and database provider.

We may disclose information if we are legally required to do so by a valid legal request.

If you use an affiliate's code at checkout, the affiliate can see that a referred order was placed and the commission it earned. They do not see your name, address, email, or any other personal detail.

Your information is stored in our access-controlled database, and account access is protected by authentication. Only authorised team members can view order and customer records.

We keep order records for as long as needed for business, accounting, and legal purposes, then delete or anonymise them.

No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect the information you give us.

You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where we are not required to keep it.

You can unsubscribe from any non-essential email at any time. Order and shipping confirmations are part of fulfilling your order and are sent regardless.

We use your browser's local storage to remember your selected region and the contents of your cart. These are functional only.

We do not run advertising trackers or sell behavioural data.

This site is not intended for minors. You must be at least 18 in Canada or 21 in the United States to order, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone younger.

We may update this policy as the business grows. The version shown on this page is the version that applies.
